Sexercise—Sex Satisfaction and Weight Loss

Women who are engaged admit that they’d rather have sex after a tiring day if they thought it would help them lose weight, a survey claims.

Aspire drinks found that despite complete and utter exhaustion, the majority of women (76 per cent) are still willing to jump in the sack to help shift a few pounds.

Not only is ‘sexercise’ is one of the best kinds of exercise for women who are too tired to hit the gym, but it’s also one of the cheapest, compared to other methods of losing weight such as diet pill, or gym exercise, both of which are of high price and make people dare to take.

On the other hand, the increasing price of gym memberships means that women are more inclined to invest in sexy lingerie or other latex clothing(sexiw.com) like a corset or bodies and stay at home for their workout – rather than attempt the treadmill in a gym, which will make one feel extremely exhausted and inefficient in weight loss.

In fact, the poll revealed two thirds of women without a membership would rather have sex or even do the vacuuming at home if it burnt as many calories as a full-blown gym session.

According to the Mail Online, sexercise has got the thumbs up from celebrities too. ‘Sex and the City’ actress Kim Catrell is a dedicated advocate of the workout. She mixes it in alongside her regular pilates sessions, while ex-Spice Girl Mel B says that sexercise helped her shed the pounds after giving birth.

It is however, important to realize that sex is still a worthwhile activity itself, says psycho-sexual and relationship therapist Shanta Gyanchand. She told Express.co.uk: “If women are using sex as a cheap and easy fitness routine it should be remembered that health and fitness is an added benefit, and not its primary goal. It is important not to lose sight of enjoying sex.”

This is no doubt a serious phenomenon which deserves our deep consideration. The fact is that we are in a world where the thin are always put in the first place. It is so popular that many people follow suit to make every effort to lose weight or maintain a slim figure. Consequently, when knowing the sexercise, the first idea that comes to their mind is naturally its efficiency rather than sex satisfication. Is that right?

The Origin of Latex

The first fashion trend record of fetishism should be dated back to the end of 18c. Some people regarded it as a branch of Gothic culture in Germany. As was known to all, the Gothic culture was mainly featured by clothes that were tightly attached to one's body, as well as the fishtail dress . At that time, some actors or actresses even liked to wear the latex clothing performing at some certain parties.

However, there were still other persons holding strongly that the trend of fetishism originated from London, England, where secret gays liked to wear clothes made by leather after World War II. To my surprise, during this time, the criteria of judging whether a man was a gay was to see whether he always wore clothes made from rare latex performing on public occasions.

Afterwards, latex clothing became a subculture in 60s of 20c in England. One of the main reasons was that people who wore latex clothing were greatly influenced by those popular rock singers. Bands like “The Rolling Stones” and “The Who”, and film stars like Blake in “Honor”, Diana Gerry in “The Avengers”, they all wore latex items, say, clothes, gloves, and boots. There was still another reason for its popularity, i.e. many famous designers also absorbed the subculture of fetishism into their works, which made the latex clothing easier to be accepted by the society. What's more, some designers even created latex clothing that has not gained popularity from the mass, which accelerated the process of its modernization.

Today, latex clothing is gaining an increasing popularity in society. It is not only due to some restrictive BDSM--stimulating programs of clothes made by Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood for Punk culture in 70s of 20c, but also due to the wide used exercise self-control pants which are made by attaching leather belt to legs of human body. In modern times, Companies like Sexiw latex clothing 、House of Harlot、Torture Garden、Vex latex clothing and Madame S all make great efforts to push latex clothing to the top of fashion, which is leaded by pop stars like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga all like latex clothing.

Brits typically have sex 127 times a year

On average, Britons have sex 127 times each year, according to statistics published by the Sexual Wellbeing Survey.

Cited by the Mail Online, the survey’s results also confirmed that as people get older, they have less sex. Where 18-29-year-olds get jiggy around 142 times annually, those aged over 50 only do the deed around 52 times a year.

However, the quality of sex can get better with age; or even just change, some said in response to the results. Some older people say they’ve become more open to experimentation, trying things like tantric sex or rubber clothing.

One thing that was clear for all ages from the survey is the importance of a healthy sex life, which was confirmed by Dr Geoff Hackett, a sexual medicine specialist. He said: “All the evidence points to the fact that an active sex life keeps couples together.

“It promotes intimacy, reassurance, the realisation that both parties are wanted and needed. Once the sex goes, so many other problems follow. There is no doubt that a healthy sex life is one of the most important factors in a thriving and successful marriage.”

Hackett also explained the health benefits of regularly having sex, such as its ability to improve a person’s mood and lengthen their overall lifespan.

He wasn’t the only one to highlight the importance of a satisfying sex life, as his thoughts were echoed by the experts at MPnewslive.com; who said that the trust and love demonstrated by having sex is “pretty important.” They added that if the sex life deteriorates, the marriage might not be far behind.

Designer hopes USB vibrator will achieve peace on earth

The designer of a new sex toy that doubles as a USB drive has said she hopes the sexual satisfaction it delivers will have a truly widespread effect on society.

Ti Chang created the Duet as a portable data storage drive, but aimed to make the gadget one of the best vibrators on the market to produce a real change in the world, according to the Register.

She said: “The way I see it, sexually satisfied women means happier relationships, which means happier couples, marriages, and children, and eventually … peace on earth.”

Ms Chang offered her recommendations on what makes a good vibrator, saying it should be a good shape, well made, quiet when functioning and waterproof, in case women want to use it in the shower.

The item is currently seeking investors to sell the sex toy – and the designer’s aspirations of peace and sexual satisfaction – all over the world.

US politician Christine O’Donnell was recently the subject of a cyber-prank, with the Daily Beast noting that people who considered buying her book online were recommended several sex-related products, including a number of vibrators.

The right wing public figure has received a great deal of press regarding her views on masturbation, as her ultra-conservative and religious outlook regards the activity as sinful.

Russia’s first sex museum is big hit

Russia’s first sex museum has proved to a huge hit with the citizens of Moscow since its opening last month.
There were fears as to how the public would react to the opening of Tockha G, as Russians have always been stereotypically reserved when it comes to the celebration of erotica.
However, owner Alexander Donskoy has claimed that the museum has been greatly received with the amount of tickets sold averaging over 400 a day.
A review of the museum by The Moscow News revealed that it contained more than 3,000 exhibits from around the world including a painting of Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin duelling with phalluses.
One section of the exhibition is dedicated to the evolution of sex toys whilst a documentary exploring a history of sex in the USSR has also proved popular.
Speaking to The Vancouver Sun, Donskoy exclaimed his pride at giving his hometown the opportunity to learn more about sex via his collection of erotic paintings, sculptures and merchandise.
He said: “Now, we can proudly say we have sex in Russia. Many people still want and need to be instructed about it.
“What we still don’t have is freedom and I hope that my museum here will help young people to feel freer as life in general is all about freedom, freedom of conscience, freedom of expression, freedom of choice.”

How to wear latex clothing

Today more and more people are wearing latex clothing; I believe in the near future it will be acceptable to the general public.

Many people enjoy the feeling and appearance of latex clothing and costumes, but there are those who do not know how to wear latex clothing. Let me explain this.

How Latex Clothing Is Made
To understand how to wear latex clothing we must first know the material.

Latex is a unique material, wonderful both to look at and to wear. It fits the body very closely and will produce the look and feel of a second skin.

Latex is entirely natural, made with the sap of the rubber tree. It is naturally translucent, but is usually dyed into different colors.

Steps to wear latex clothing

Next, let us consider how to put on latex garments.
a.Get a silicone-based shining product or a non oil-based lubricant, spread it on the skin where it will be in contact with the garment. It will make it easier to slip on.
b.Make sure the garment has been stored with baby powder on the inside.
c.After clipping your nails (toes and fingers) start to dress from the feet up to your head, slowly; pull the garment gently, allow it to adjust to you and you to it.
d.After use, wash it in lukewarm water and non detergent soap, wipe it dry, and put once more baby powder inside and out.

Tips on How to wear latex clothing

Caring for your latex garments is very important if you want them to last. Considering its relatively high price, proper cared for latex wear is necessary.
a. When putting on your garments, instead of grabbing the latex material with your fingers, which increases the likelihood of leaving finger indentations or causing damage to your clothing, use your whole hand to put them on. Use your hand to slide the latex material until the garment is properly in place and you are comfortable. Use as much baby powder or lubricant as you feel you need; excess can always be wiped off as needed.
b. Be sure to watch your fingernails and any sharp edges on jewelry or watches, as these will catch the latex and possibly cause a tear or a spot.
c. To remove your clothing, follow this same ‘pull and shift’ method with care.
If you follow these tips for wearing and caring for your latex clothing, they will provide you with years of happy use and satisfaction.

How better to wear latex clothing

a. about washing
Make sure to wash your latex garments after each use. When wearing latex, sweating is common and can be increased by the snug fit. Washing your garments after each wear will remove the sweat and odor, and will help the costume look at its best for years to come.
b. about drying
Use a small amount of soft soap in lukewarm water to rinse your garments thoroughly. Do not scrub them, as this may damage the latex, but wipe with a soft cloth inside and out and rinse completely. Do not wring out your clothing; it is more than sufficient to gently shake the garment free from excess water; pat it with a towel to soak up the remaining moisture, and hang to air-dry in a room temperature setting. Any remaining water streaks can be gently wiped away with a soft cloth as your clothes are drying. You may want to lightly shake some baby powder inside your garments when they are completely dry to prevent sticking (tacking).

Recently, latex clothing is becoming  more and more popular.  Wearing latex clothing is equivalent to a fashion trend. Let us all dare and learn to wear latex clothing actively; you can be a foothold in the fashion industry. Let this article inspire you to do so.
